Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn or washed
- Personalised or custom-printed products
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Return an Item
- Email info@sohsports.ie with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a return authorisation and prepaid returns label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest An Post or DPD drop-off point
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund including delivery charges.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Follow the same process as a return and let us know what you’d like instead.
