Delivery Options
Standard Delivery — Free on orders over €50
For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5.99 applies. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days across Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland).
Express Delivery
Express (next business day) delivery is available on selected orders. Select this option at checkout. Express delivery costs €9.99 and is available for orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all counties in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. We use An Post and DPD for domestic deliveries.
International orders: We can arrange international shipping on request. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also view your order status at any time in your My Account area.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card. You can rearrange delivery via the carrier’s website or contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us at info@sohsports.ie within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
