Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Ireland takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat delivery charge of €5.99 applies.

Do you deliver outside Ireland?

Currently we deliver to all counties in Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland). International shipping is available on request — please contact us for a quote.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our full Returns Policy.

How do I return an item?

Email info@sohsports.ie with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a returns label and instructions within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@sohsports.ie within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Products & Stock

Are your products genuine?

Yes, 100%. All products we sell are genuine, sourced directly from manufacturers and authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica goods.

What if a product is out of stock?

You can sign up to be notified when a product comes back in stock using the “Notify Me” button on the product page. You can also contact us for an estimated restock date.

Do you offer bulk/club discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for clubs, schools and bulk orders. Get in touch with the quantity and products you need and we’ll send you a custom quote.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and all major debit/credit cards. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and all card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of security certification available.

Do you store my card details?

No. We never store your full card details. Payment is handled entirely by our secure payment processor (Stripe).
